Joel Peacock is a seasoned private security executive 

and the owner of Tactical Security Solutions (TSS) 

and Red Canopy Consulting Group. 

Since founding TSS in 2005, Joel has built a reputation 

for delivering professional, dependable, and client-focused security services across the state of Georgia.

With more than 30 years of experience in the private security industry, Joel brings deep operational expertise and 

leadership to every aspect of his work. He currently 

serves as a Governor’s appointee to the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies and maintains 

active memberships with the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) and ASIS International.

As a State Certified Instructor, Joel provides advanced 

training in security operations, Firearms, ASP Tactical Baton, Handcuffing, Electronic Control Devices, and Sabre OC. His extensive background also includes specialized training and experience in Executive Protection, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion.

Ginger Peacock, Director of Security Services

With more than 20 years of experience in the private 

security industry, Ginger Peacock oversees the daily 

operations of Tactical Security Solutions (TSS), ensuring seamless coordination between clients, employees, and 

field operations. Her leadership is central to 

maintaining TSS’s reputation for professionalism, 

reliability, and exceptional service across the state of Georgia.

Ginger manages all aspects of company operations, 

including client and employee relations, scheduling, 

training coordination, and incident resolution. Her strong organizational skills and commitment to operational 

excellence help ensure that every client receives the 

highest level of security support and customer care.

As a certified firearms instructor, Ginger specializes in 

teaching firearm fundamentals for women, focusing 

on safety, confidence, and proper technique. She is also a licensed private security agent and holds certifications in Executive Protection, Electronic Control Devices, OC, Handcuffing, ASP Tactical Baton, Basic First Aid, 

and Stop the Bleed, among others.
